To install again an App purchased, sign in to the Windows Store and install it on your PC(s).
1. Sign in with the PC on which you want to install your App(s) using your Microsoft account.
2. On the Start page, tap or click the Store tile to open the Windows Store.
3. Tap or click the App(s) you want to install, and then tap or click Install.
Please verify that you have installed the latest version of our App(s) (version 2.x or above).
To verify the version number please open the "About" command.
If the problem persists, please send us the error message using the following commands:
1. On the Windows Start page, please select the "Search" command and type "Control Panel"
2. Click on "System and Security"
3. Click on "Administrative Tools"
4. Double click on "Event Viewer"
5. Select "Administrative Events" under "Custom Views"
You'll find one (or more) "Error" items related to the App you are using (for example: "FreeCell Collection Free", "Klondike Solitaire Collection Free", "Spider Solitaire Collection Free", ...).
Using the Support Form, send us the error message displayed in the "General" tab (you can copy and paste the message with CTRL+C and CTRL+V).
